New coaches have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills at their own pace and in their own time through a new online training course offered by the Australian Sports Commission. The Beginning Coaching General Principles online course has been developed to assist coaches to improve their basic coaching skills.

Baseball Victoria is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board consists of at least 5 and no more than 7 Directors, plus the CEO. The Board is responsibile for making strategic decisions in a range of areas that are in the interests, rights and expectations of the members of Baseball Victoria.

The Country Championships held over the October long weekend in Coffs Harbour were another wet affair, but this did not stop the competition this year, with all groups able to play through to grand final games.

Penrith Baseball Club is one of the oldest baseball clubs in Greater Western Sydney, established in 1968, and as a result of their merger with the Penrith Panther Junior Baseball Club - the junior orientated club established by members of PBC in 1988 - the Club is now also one of the largest in the region and caters for all ranges of abilities from ages 5 and into the senior competition. Penrith Baseball Club has the distinction of being the sole Major League Club for the region.

The Royals Club is open to all past players and/or officials, friends and supporters, men and women, who want to be part of our great club. We look to this group for support and experience to keep the spirit of good clubmanship and mateship alive and well in the Baseball Club.
